Vehicle Keys Stolen From Gold's Gyms in Sterling, Ashburn: LCSO

Vehicles keys were stolen from racks at Gold's Gyms in Sterling and Ashburn, says the LCSO. In Sterling, vehicles then were burglarized.

STERLING, VA—Authorities are looking for a man who burglarized several vehicles Wednesday after stealing keys from a Gold's Gym in the 46000 block of Cranston Street, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office. He's described as dark-skinned, around 5-11 with a thin build, and wearing a black hat, black vest with wings and white tennis shoes.

Around 6 p.m., an employee reported that surveillance video caught a man stealing multiple keys from the gym's communal key rack. The keys then were used to enter vehicles parked outside, and several items were reported stolen. In most of the cases, the owners' found the keys in their vehicles.

About an hour later at another Gold's Gym, this one in the 21600 block of Red Rum Drive in Ashburn, several sets of keys were reported having been stolen off a key hook near the east entrance of the gym. Nothing else was reported stolen, though.
