Vehicle Moves Through Crowd During Protest Over Kim Potter Trial

A protest in Minneapolis, honoring Daunte Wright, who was shot dead by former police officer Kim Potter, was disrupted as a car was driven through the crowd, on the night of Tuesday, November 30.

This footage, filmed by Andrew Mercado, shows the car moving through the group, as some protesters hit and throw debris at the vehicle. One man is seen sitting on the hood of the car, until it stops at a red light.

Jury selection for Potter’s trial took place on Tuesday, after the shooting death of Daunte Wright who was killed during a traffic stop on Sunday, April 11.
