VENICE, Fla. — Locally-owned drinkware company Tervis announced a change in leadership Monday with the appointment of Hosana Fieber as the company's chief executive officer.

Former CEO Rogan Donelly will remain on Tervis' board as its executive chairman, where "he will be entrusted with making higher-level decisions for the future and long-term vision of the company," a news release stated. He had been the chief executive at Tervis since 2016.

“With such promising growth on the horizon for our brand, there is really no better time than now to have Hosana take the reins as Tervis’ new CEO,” Donelly said. “Hosana has an unwavering commitment to our family business and her goals are very closely aligned with ours. We are looking forward to her continuing the success of our brand.”

Tervis is a third-generation family-owned and operated business founded in 1946 and headquartered in North Venice. The company's board currently has seven members, including four Donelly family members.

"As a whole, no changes will be made to the ownership of Tervis, and the Donelly family will continue to drive the family legacy through the brand," the news release said.

The news release announcing Fieber's appointment to CEO came as the company "is poised to enter a significant growth phase," according to the news release.

Fieber has held several other roles at Tervis over her 14 years with the company including financial planning and analysis manager, controller and vice president.

She most recently was the company's chief financial officer, a position she has held since 2021.

“When I first started at Tervis many years ago, it quickly felt like I was part of an amazing family culture that produced timeless, quality products,” said Fieber. “I have a deep and strong affinity for the Tervis brand, and I'm passionate about our people and our product. My vision for the future is anchored in those truths."
