Vermont's international-food vendors let you travel the world by truck
Don’t let summer go by without at least one bite to eat at a food truck. This is the true definition of “eating out.” Grab a quick snack or a small meal from a vendor on wheels at a park, a concert, a farmers market or on the Church Street Marketplace and immerse yourself in tasty food and the sweet sensation of Vermont’s summer air.
Even better, take a little trip around the world while you’re enjoying the moment right here at home. The variety of nationalities and cuisines represented in local food trucks and carts is enough to make you feel like you’d fill up your passport visiting them all.
Here are just a few of those international food carts, with details on what they offer and where you might find them. Some are smack dab in Burlington, some are further afield. And don’t forget these trucks and carts are on wheels, so you might have to be persistent in your hunt.
