With the Veronica Mars revival series originally scheduled to premiere on Hulu next week, lead actress Kristen Bell attended San Diego Comic-Con (SDCC) this week carrying some surprising and very exciting news.

As it turns out, the whole eight-episode run is now already online to help celebrate Kristen's 39th birthday on July 18. She said whilst appearing on the panel: "I want it on the internet right now for my birthday, Hulu."

In other words, tuck in everyone!

The revival welcomes back original cast members Jason Dohring, Francis Capra, Enrico Colantoni, Ken Marino, Ryan Hansen, Percy Daggs III and Max Greenfield.

Meanwhile, Bell's fellow The Good Place star Kirby Howell-Baptiste in onboard, as well as Patton Oswalt and JK Simmons.

To get you hyped up if you've not started watching yet, here's the official synopsis for the revival: "Spring breakers are getting murdered in Neptune, thereby decimating the seaside town's lifeblood tourist industry.

"After Mars Investigations is hired by the family of one of the victims to find their son's killer, Veronica is drawn into an epic eight-episode mystery that pits the enclave's wealthy elites - who would rather put an end to the month-long bacchanalia - against a working class that relies on the cash influx that comes with being the West Coast's answer to Daytona Beach."

The new series of Veronica Mars is now available on Hulu.
