'Very disturbing': Neighbors react to man's arrest after two bodies found in Vacaville apartment
A Sacramento man is behind bars in Solano County charged with two counts of murder, according to police. Vacaville police said Raymond Michael Weber, 29, barricaded himself inside an apartment at the Rocky Hill Apartment Complex early Saturday morning. Police said Weber livestreamed himself on social media while holding a gun. The bodies of two women are visible on the floor in the video. “I’m just kind of freaked out,” said Morgan Gardner, who lives a few doors down. See more in the video above.
