Veteran's Day: Free food and discounts for Fayetteville-area vets, active-duty members
Veterans Day is Saturday, and many restaurants around Fayetteville offer free meals and other discounts to thank active and former military members.
Be prepared to show proof of service, such as a military ID, discharge papers or dressing in uniform.
Most offers are limited to dine-in orders on Saturday. Promotions may vary by location.

Veteran's Day freebies and discounts in the Fayetteville area
Applebee's: Free dine-in entree from a select menu. Servicemembers who dine in Friday will receive a $5 coupon to redeem for a dine-in, to-go or delivery order within the next three weeks.
Biscuitville: Free biscuit of choice.
Bonefish Grill: Free order of bang bang shrimp and a drink.
Bubba’s 33: Free lunch from a select menu from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m, or a raincheck voucher for a free meal, valid through May 20, 2024.
Buffalo Wild Wings: Free 10-piece boneless wings and fries for dine-in only.
Carrabba’s: Free dine-in appetizer or dessert and a drink for dine-in only.
Chicken Salad Chick: Free chick special and regular drink.
Chili's: Free entree from a select menu for dine-in only.
Cracker Barrel: Free slice of Double Chocolate Fudge Coca-Cola Cake with in-store purchase.
Crown Fried Chicken: 15% off.
Dunkin’: Free doughnut and small coffee in-store and at the drive-thru.
Fazoli's: Free spaghetti with meat or marinara.
Food Lion: 10% off in-store purchases with military ID and Food Lion MVP card. Offer excludes beer and wine, tobacco, gift cards, lottery, pharmacy, postage stamps and services.
Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers: Coupon for a free Freddy's Original Double with Cheese combo, available to redeem through Nov. 30.
Golden Corral: Free meal from 5 p.m. to close Nov. 13.
Gusto Napoletano Italian Restaurant and Pizzeria: 10% off any pizza.
Hooters: Free entree from a select menu with the purchase of a beverage for dine-in only.
IHOP: Free Red, White, & Blueberry Pancakes or Pancake Combo from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. for dine-in only.
Just Love Coffee Cafe: 25% off Strong coffee beans Friday through Sunday.
La Isla Menos: 20% off dine-in orders Friday and Saturday.
Logan's Roadhouse: Free meal from a select menu from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. for dine-in only.
Main Event: Free 30-minutes of play and a classic double cheeseburger entree Friday through Sunday.
Mama D's Chicken and Waffles: Buy one hot dog basket, get one free. Free waffle with any fried chicken purchase. Both offers valid Friday through Sunday.
Menchie's: First 6 ounces of frozen yogurt for free.
Metro Diner: 50% off entire purchase.
Mission BBQ: Free sandwich.
Old Chicago: Free lunch entree from a select menu until 4 p.m. for dine-in only.
Olive Garden: Free entree from a select menu, served with unlimited breadsticks and soup or salad for dine-in only.
On The Border: Free Combo 2 for dine-in only.
Outback Steakhouse: Free Bloomin’ Onion and drink with the purchase of an adult entree for dine-in only, and a coupon for $10 off purchases made from Sunday through Dec. 17.
