Veteran's Day free meals and deals for active-duty military, veterans in Fayetteville
Veterans Day is Friday, Nov. 11, and to thank active and former military members, many restaurants around Fayetteville offer free meals and other discounts.
Most discounts and free meals are limited to Friday, and typically proof of service, such as a military ID or dressing in uniform, is required. Offers are usually limited to dine-in only.

Applebee's: Free entree from a select menu, available for dine-in only. Servicemembers who dine in on Friday will receive a $5 coupon to redeem for a dine-in, to-go or delivery order within the next three weeks.
Bonefish Grill: Free order of bang bang shrimp and a drink all day.
Buffalo Wild Wings: Free 10-piece boneless wings and fries. Offer valid for dine-in only.
Carrabba’s: Free appetizer or dessert and a drink. Offer valid for dine-in only.
Chicken Salad Chick: free chick special and regular drink. Offer valid for dine-in only.
Chili's: Free entree from a select menu. Offer valid for dine-in only.
Cici's Pizza: Free adult buffet. Offer valid for dine-in only. Beverage not included.
Dunkin’: Free doughnut, no purchase or proof of ID required, for in-store redemption only.
Food Lion: 10% off in-store purchases with military ID and Food Lion MVP card. Offer excludes beer and wine, tobacco, gift cards, lottery, pharmacy, postage stamps and services.
Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers: Visit on Veteran's Day and receive a coupon for a free Freddy's Original Double with Cheese combo that may be redeemed through the end of the month.
Hooters: Free entree from a select menu, with purchase of a beverage. Offer available for dine-in only.
IHOP: Free Red, White & Blueberry Pancakes. Offer valid for dine-in only.
Krispy Kreme: Free doughnut and a small hot or iced brewed coffee, offer available in-store only.
Little Caesars: Free four-slice, deep dish pizza and a drink from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in-store only.
Logan's Roadhouse: Free meal from select menu. Offer valid dine-in only from 3 to 6 p.m.
Luigi's Italian Chophouse: Free appetizer with purchase.
Menchie's: Active and former military get their first 6 ounces of frozen yogurt for free.
Metro Diner: 50% off entire purchase.
Mezeh: Free bowl with the purchase of a drink.
Mission BBQ: Free sandwich available all day.
Olive Garden: Free entree from a select menu that includes never-ending soup, salad and breadsticks, cheese ravioli, spaghetti and meatballs, fettuccini alfredo and chicken parmigiana.
Outback Steakhouse: Free Bloomin’ Onion and drink all day, available in-store only.
On The Border: Free combo for active and retired military all day.
Red Lobster: Free fried shrimp, fries and cole slaw meal available for dine-in and to-go orders between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m.
Starbucks: Free small hot or iced coffee, for retired and active servicemembers and military spouses at participating stores. Available at the drive-thru and in-store only.
Wendy's: Free breakfast sandwich combo. Offer valid from 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
Zaxby's: Free boneless wings meal.
