Vi at Bentley Village Unveils Floor Plans for Phase Six Community Redevelopment
Vi at Bentley Village has revealed floor plans for its newly announced $92 million redevelopment project that will bring the community four new buildings housing 64 Independent Living apartments, all with stunning lake and golf course views. The apartments will feature five new, spacious floor plans, ranging in size from approximately 2,400 to 4,500 square feet.
Each apartment will include a spacious, screened-in outdoor living balcony; semi-private elevator; great room with open kitchen, dining, and living space; den; luxurious bathrooms; and walk-in closets. In addition, all the apartments will receive two garage spaces for car parking and one space for golf cart parking.
The entrance fees for the new apartments will start at $2.4 million and extend to over $4 million. Expected to commence in the summer of 2022, the project is anticipated to be completed by the summer of 2024.

Vi at Bentley Village also recently launched a $41 million redevelopment of its Skilled
Nursing Facility and Assisted Living Residences. The project which will transform provide all private rooms in the Skilled Nursing Facility is expected to conclude by early 2023.
