Vicar’s Landing at Oak Bridge initially released the first two of four planned independent living apartment buildings, the second of which was originally scheduled for Phase II.

Phase II plans will be released in the fourth quarter of 2022 with new apartment sales beginning to be offered Nov. 1.

The community also recently welcomed its first residents and 19 new staff members.

“The momentum of Vicar’s Landing at Oak Bridge continues to far exceed our original expectations and projections,” said Bruce Jones, CEO of Vicar’s Landing, in a news release. “The positivity and excitement keep building, and we are looking forward to our grand opening later this year.”

The Vicar’s Landing at Oak Bridge clubhouse is nearly complete as well and will include several food and beverage outlets at the clubhouse.
