Alexandria Estrada was pronounced dead at the scene. An autopsy determined that Estrada died from multiple blunt force injuries in a pedestrian versus car collision.

On Saturday night, Estrada was found lying in the road by a trailer park near North Oaklane and Oak Crest Roads. Authorities responded to the scene and noted that her injuries suggested she had been hit by a vehicle. They later identified and arrested 53-year-old Steven Mehundrew as a suspect in the incident.
