As criminal offences committed by the Russian army in the Kyiv region were being recorded, the body of a 10-year-old girl was found in the village of Shybene. She had died of shrapnel wounds due to a Russian shell hitting the house. According to available data, during the 70 days of the war the most affected children were in Donetsk Region - 139, Kyiv Region - 116, Kharkiv Region - 95, Chernihiv Region - 68, Kherson Region - 46, Mykolaiv region - 44, Luhansk Region - 37, Zaporizhzhia - 27, Sumy Region - 17, in Kyiv - 16, Zhytomyr Region - 15.
