Victoria's Secret has announced its CEO is stepping down.

In a corporate filing, the Reynoldsburg-based company reported that Amy Hauk, CEO of Victoria's Secret and PINK brands, is stepping down March 31 to spend more time with her family in Florida. Hauk, 56, notified the company late last month.

Martin Waters, CEO of Victoria's Secret & Co., will continue to lead the company and will assume the responsibilities of brand CEO. Hauk's role will not be filled.

The announcement comes as the company's acquisition of online lingerie brand Adore Me has been completed.

In July, the company named Hauk CEO of both Victoria's Secret and PINK divisions as part of a leadership restructuring that also saw the company cut 160 management jobs. She had served as chief executive of PINK since 2018.

Before she was named CEO of PINK, Hauk served as chief merchant and executive vice president of merchandising at Bath & Body Works. Prior, she held a variety of merchandising leadership roles at Disney Store/The Children's Place and Gap, Inc.
