Video of a 7-year-old Dylan Farrow alleging sexual abuse by her adoptive father Woody Allen aired Sunday night for the first time in public in the second episode of the four-part docuseries Allen v. Farrow. Farrow’s mother, actress Mia Farrow, recorded conversations with her daughter about the alleged abuse after a babysitter claimed to have seen Allen’s face “buried” in Dylan’s lap. In the videos, Farrow explicitly says Allen touched her inappropriately. Allen has repeatedly denied all allegations.

Before the episode aired, Farrow posted a lengthy tweet expressing the terror she felt in allowing herself to be so vulnerable, but hoped it may help adults better understand how an abused child might speak about such experiences.

“I decided to let them share it in hopes that Little Dylan’s voice might now help others suffering in silence feel heard, understood and less alone,” Farrow wrote. “And that my testimony might also help parents, relatives, friends, loved ones and the world in general understand first-hand how an abused child might speak and interpret these horrific events.”

MIA FARROW: What do you mean he touched your privates?

- In the second episode of the four-part docuseries series Allen v. Farrow, HBO revealed a video from 1992 of a seven-year-old Dylan Farrow, now 35, speaking about alleged sexual abuse by her adoptive father Woody Allen, who has repeatedly denied the allegations.

DYLAN FARROW: And we went into the attic. And he started telling me weird things. Then secretly he went into the attic [INAUDIBLE] went behind me and touched my privates.

MIA FARROW: Which privates did he touch?

DYLAN FARROW: This part.

MIA FARROW: He touched your front part?

DYLAN FARROW: Yeah.

- Earlier on Sunday, Farrow posted a Tweet in which she wrote about how hard it was allowing the tape to be viewed, saying that being that vulnerable in public was terrifying. But ultimately decided to release it because it might help adults understand how an abused child might interpret such horrific experiences.

DYLAN FARROW: But I wiggled my bum to see what he was doing. Don't move! I have to do this! So if you stay still, then we can go to Paris.

- Dylan's mother, Mia Farrow, was prompted to record these conversations with her daughter after a family friend relayed a story she had heard from a babysitter.

CASEY PASCAL: She saw Dylan sitting on the couch with Woody kneeling on the floor with his head buried in her lap. And she said that she felt that she'd walked in on a very adult situation, and she realized it was a child.
