Video of Dolphins practice posted on Twitter ... but team used 12 men to foil snooping eyes
It’s not every day that video of a Dolphins regular-season practice finds its way online.
It’s also not every day that the Dolphins suit up 12 players on offense.
After the Dolphins’ plane touched down in Cincinnati for tonight’s game against the Bengals, they went to the University of Cincinnati to hold a walk-through. Apparently, they were aware people were watching — the facility reportedly is not secure — so they intentionally ran plays with a 12th player to foil snooping eyes.

NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero reported today that the league is looking into the situation to see if any competitive violation occurred.
Someone using the Twitter handle @JfolkUHC posted videos of several of the Dolphins’ plays, but a close look shows 12 men in formation in some of them. The videos have attracted more than 141,000 views.
Dolphins fans ranged from being annoyed to pointing out the 12th man.
The Dolphins take care to prevent such competitive disadvantages. Fans are told not to video practices during training camp, for example.
The Dolphins are 3-0 heading into the game against the Bengals (1-2).
It will be televised primarily on Amazon Prime Video but not available via @JfolkUHC's Twitter account.
