Video shows damage amid Seattle protests

Local media reported that an officer was injured, businesses were damaged and two people have been arrested in an ongoing demonstration in downtown Seattle on Sunday (July 19), and that protesters were calling for the abolition of federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement, or ICE.

Police said the officer was injured during a clash outside of the department's West Precinct when demonstrators threw rocks, bottles and other items, and that the officer was taken to a nearby hospital, according to KIRO.

KIRO also reported seeing graffiti and damage to several stores along the path of the protest.
