In the video, a man can be seen walking out of an apartment complex located at 4646 N. 39th Ave., at approximately 10:35 p.m. and then crossing over to 39th Avenue to continue walking down the street. The night the video was recorded, Daughtrey was killed about 10:30 p.m. in the parking lot of Alta Vista Village apartments off 39th Avenue.
In February, members of Daughtrey’s family held a news conference at Phoenix police headquarters where they pleaded for anyone with information about his death to share it with police and offered a $10,000 reward.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Silent Witness at 480-WITNESS or 480-TESTIGO for Spanish speakers.
