The footage shows one of the invaders talking about the HIMARS missiles, which, according to him, were used to strike the former building of the Scientific Research Institute with the Russian servicemen inside. But suddenly several explosions can be heard, and the invaders, along with their propagandists, immediately run for cover.

The exact target of the second strike is unknown, but the panic it caused turned out to be good content, although not quite the one the invaders had planned, since the released footage shows the Russian army’s fear and utter helplessness amid high-precision missiles of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
