Video Shows Tropical Storm Isaias Battering Turks and Caicos
Strong wind and driving rain caused by Hurricane Isaias lashed Turks and Caicos overnight on July 30-31.
The former tropical storm was upgraded to a hurricane over the period, the National Hurricane Center said.
