AOC joins Bernie Sanders on Iowa campaign trail
With Bernie Sanders in Washington at President Trump's Senate impeachment trial, a couple of his supporters filled in for him Friday at a campaign rally in Iowa. Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., and filmmaker Michael Moore shared the duties for the 2020 presidential candidate in Iowa City. Ocasio-Cortez, who endorsed Sanders in October, will appear at campaign rallies with the candidate in Iowa this weekend ahead of the state’s Feb. 3 caucuses.
