House passes bill to try to avert rail strike as measure moves to Senate

The House passed a bill Wednesday in an effort to try to avert a rail strike. The measure now moves to the Senate. Plus, the Treasury Department has turned over to a House committee several years of former President Donald Trump's tax returns.
