Videos show chaotic scene as SUV plows through Waukesha Christmas parade, leaves more than 20 people injured

Police tape blocks the area outside a business in downtown Waukesha after a vehicle plowed through the Waukesha Christmas Parade, leaving multiple people injured.

A chaotic scene erupted late Sunday afternoon at the Waukesha Christmas Parade as a person in an SUV plowed through a barricade, leaving more than 20 people injured, some dead and others left running to escape the area.

The parade, which runs through Main Street in downtown Waukesha, began at 4 p.m. and appeared to be running as normal until the parade turned into a tragedy just before 5 p.m.
