Daytime TV fans, The View is about to change in a major way.

The long-running ABC talk show is famous for its revolving door of co-hosts, which recently included Meghan McCain's exit in July 2021. But now, two new stars are joining the table full-time. And here's the best part: viewers are already familiar with them.

The alphabet network officially announced on August 4 that Alyssa Farah Griffin and Ana Navarro-Cárdenas are joining Whoopi Goldberg, Joy Behar, Sara Haines and Sunny Hostin as full-time co-hosts, effective immediately.

"We promised to take a little time to fill the seat and we have found the right match and a welcome addition to the show with Alyssa,” executive producer Brian Teta said in an official press release. “She is willing to share her unique political experience and brings a strong conservative perspective while holding her own in tough debates with her co-hosts and guests on both sides of the aisle."

So, who exactly is Alyssa? According to CNN Business, she previously worked for the Trump administration in a number of positions, which included White House communications director. After resigning in December 2020, she quickly gained fame for being critical of the former President's actions.

As for Ana, she's a familiar face for View fans. The political strategist has been a frequent guest co-host over the last four years and will do so while still working as a commentator for CNN and Telemundo.

"Ana has made an indelible impact on The View since the first time she joined us at the table," Brian continued. “She is a strong independent thinker with savvy insight, not to mention that she is whip-smart and fiercely funny. We are very happy to officially welcome her as a co-host.”

As this news comes just a few days after the announcement of Elisabeth Hasselbeck returning as a guest co-host, fans are particularly thrilled by the network's choice of replacements.

"I love it!! Looking forward to season 26!! Excited for both her and Ana!!" one fan commented on Instagram. "Bravo ABC View! You got it Right! Love Love Love the dynamic of this panel. Congratulations!👏👏👏," another wrote in the comments. "Alyssa is a good pick (far better than Meghan), BUT I was going to be livid if they didn't choose Ana! Congratulations! 🙌🏾," one more excitedly commended.

Now how will this dynamic play out as The View goes into its 26th season? We'll need to continue watching to find out.
