Americans should thank President Biden

The Biden administration has excelled at addressing America’s core problem of economic inequality.

The administration’s three huge pieces of economic legislation, the early on COVID stimulus bill, the recently enacted $1 trillion infrastructure bill for highways, bridges and other projects, and the pending $1 + trillion Build Back Better bill addressing human infrastructure needs, are all aimed at lessening economic disparity and helping everyday Americans.

These bold endeavors will directly benefit all families, not just better educated and higher-income Americans. The Build Back Better’s expanded child tax credit will help improve American economic productivity by allowing more Americans to work.

These three pieces of FDR New Deal-like legislation will benefit the middle class directly and stimulate economic growth. Democrats also stand for the protection of voting rights to combat anti-voting efforts and clean energy to help combat climate change.

In this season of Thanksgiving, all Americans should laud Joe Biden for helping everyone, not just the wealthy and well-connected. And we should also be thankful that wealthy Americans and corporations will now have to pay their fair share to help fund these programs.
