Vigil held in West Sacramento for parents killed in crash

A vigil was held Friday night in West Sacramento for the parents who were killed in a crash earlier in the week. Dozens of friends, and family held the vigil for Rasul and Anila Afzili near the site where they died. The couple was driving home with their two children on Jefferson Boulevard and Locks Drive when their SUV was involved in a crash with a truck, just two lights away from their home. The children both survived the crash. On Friday night, Rasul's brother thanked the community for supporting them. The California Highway patrol is investigating whether alcohol was a factor with the other driver in the crash.
