Vindman, Williams arrive at Capitol for impeachment hearing

Vindman and Williams listened in on a July 15th phone call between U.S. President Donald Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky where Trump asked Zelensky to investigate Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden.

Both Vindman and Williams told investigators in earlier testimony that they were concerned by the call.

Democrats in the House of Representatives are looking into whether Trump abused his power to push Ukraine to dig up dirt on his political opponents.
