Virtual golf venue opens first location in California with full bar in Sacramento area

X-Golf is opening its first California location Tuesday at El Dorado Hills, offering an indoor golf simulator for both professionals and rookies of all ages.

It’ll be open from noon to 11 p.m., Tuesday, according to the location’s Facebook, at 2085 Vine St. Ste 201, El Dorado Hills.

The family-friendly venue, which has more than 80 locations across the country, including in New York and Texas, features “the most innovative and accurate golf simulator in the world,” according to its website. Its technology can replicate golf shots and keep track of metrics, such as ball speed, path, direction, and impact, using laser, light, impact and camera sensory systems.

X-Golf also has golf lessons, club fittings, live TV sports and a full bar with beer, wine, cocktails and food.

Hours

Its temporary hours, according to the website, are noon to 11 p.m. Monday and Wednesday to Saturday.

It opens from noon to 8 p.m. Sunday and will be closed on Tuesdays.

Rates

There’s an hourly rate for up to six people.

For Monday, Wednesday and Thursday until 4 p.m., it’s $45 an hour.

On Monday and Wednesday from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m., it’s $55 an hour.

On Thursday from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. and Friday from noon to 4 p.m., it’s $65 an hour.

And on Friday from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. and weekends at noon to closing, it’s $75 an hour.
