(SOUNDBITE) (Spanish) AUSTRIAN NATIONAL AND CASA LOCA OWNER AND CREATOR, FRITZ SCHALL, SAYING:"Everyone looked at me like I was mad, they didn't believe what I was saying. I said, "I'm going to make an upside-down house." They told me, "OK, sir, sure, go for it." That happened when asking for the furniture, the interiors, the bathtub. Looking at the reactions of other people became quite interesting."

(SOUNDBITE) (Spanish) CASA LOCA VISITOR, MIGUEL ANGEL VALENCIA, SAYING: "It's crazy. Really good, with a great vibe, they asked me to do a scary face. I could not hold my laughter, everything is so nice and new. It fills you with joy to visit these types of places."
