American singer Lizzo was in disbelief after BTS member V filmed himself bopping to her song “About Damn Time” in a new vlog.
The vlog, which BangtanTV uploaded to YouTube on Saturday, shows V, whose real name is Kim Tae-hyung, shedding light on what his day-to-day life is like. While driving, V, 26, plays songs from different artists such as Ariana Grande, The Weekend, Ed Sheeran and Lizzo.
After finding out that “About Damn Time,” which came out in April, was featured in the vlog, the 34-year-old artist took to Twitter to share her disbelief.
“Wait… is this real? Is V really dancing to about damn time?!?” Lizzo wrote, ending the tweet with several shocked emojis. The tweet has garnered over 118,000 likes since it was posted on Saturday.

V’s “drive vlog” was posted on the same day that BTS’ fans, affectionately known as Armys, celebrated Army Day to commemorate the group’s ninth anniversary.
Less than a week after releasing their newest album “Proof,” BTS announced on June 14 that they will be taking a break to focus on solo projects. BTS member J-Hope, whose real name is Jung Ho-seok, was the first among the K-pop septet to release a solo album following the announcement.
