Voice actress from “Dexter’s Laboratory” to visit San Angelo

SAN ANGELO, Texas (Concho Valley Homepage) — DreamShark Toys & Games will be hosting a voice actress known for her work as Dee Dee from “Dexter’s Laboratory” and much more for a two-day meet and greet starting March 2.

Those in and around San Angelo will get the chance to meet the voice behind many beloved animated Walt Disney, Cartoon Network and Marvel Studios characters, Kat Cressida, from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m. at 3128 Sherwood Way on March 2 and from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Not only is Cressida known for her roles as Dee Dee from “Dexter’s Laboratory” and Jessie from “Toy Story Mania!” the game, people may also recognize her as Elektra from the “Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3: The Black Order” video game and Constance Hatchaway from the “Random Rings” TV series.

Those at DreamShark Toys & Games shared what it meant to the store to host these voice actors and actresses for those in and around the Concho Valley.

“Hosting voice actors for meet & greet signing appearances means so much not just for me as a business owner but also for the inner fan in me of the characters they portray with their voice on screen,” said the owner of DreamShark Toys & Games. “I know it does as well for anyone and everyone who gets to come out and meet everyone we’ve had up to this point.”

Bluey is set to make an appearance at the store from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m. on March 2. “Five Nights at Freddy’s” fans will also get the chance to meet Freddy Fazbear himself on Sunday, March 3 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
