Samuel Harness, a contestant in season 21 of "The Voice," will play live at the Phoenix Brewing Company Beer Garden on Saturday.

A native of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Harness is a full-time touring musician, who recently participated on the hit NBC reality show. His audition for "The Voice" caused the judges to turn their chairs, but he ultimately was mentored by John Legend.

Harness will perform from 7:30 to 10:30 p.m. in the beer garden at the Phoenix. In addition to being a vocalist, Harness plays several musical instruments.

Seating is limited, and the performance is free to the public, but you must be 21 and over to attend.

Scott Cardwell, co-owner of the Phoenix, shared “We are ecstatic to welcome Samuel back to perform again at the Phoenix. It is an honor to host so many amazing musicians, watch them develop and grow, and interact with our local community. “

Cardwell said, “Samuel is an outstanding musician. You won’t want to miss his performance.”

Cardwell also manages all the live music performances for the Phoenix and provides a varied and eclectic performance schedule for patrons.

The Phoenix hosts live music every weekend

The Phoenix Brewing Company hosts live music every weekend, including many touring artists and local musicians. All music performances begin at 7:30 p.m. and end at 10:30 p.m. For the full schedule of live music and guest food trucks, visit their website at Phoenixbrewing.com/events.

The Phoenix Brewing Company is located at 131 N. Diamond St.

Founded by local beer enthusiasts looking to bring a craft beer revival to Mansfield, the Phoenix Brewing Company took flight in April 2014 in a restored 1914 mortuary and funeral home near the original pre-prohibition brewery district.

The partners have combined their love of craft beer and more than 30 years of brewing experience to create an authentic pub experience filled with quality craft beer and live music. The beers are inspired by the history of the building itself and local legends from the Mansfield area.
