A new winner has been proclaimed as Season 23 of "The Voice" concluded Tuesday night after a two-part finale and the winner is Gina Miles of Team Niall.

NOIVAS, a contestant with Mississippi roots, finished fifth overall after a stellar season as part of Blake Shelton's team. NOIVAS (the "s" is silent), aka Savion Wright, of Jasper, Texas, wowed the judges once again Tuesday night in the finale.

Before going on stage Tuesday night, each finalist received a letter from their loved ones back home. NOIVAS received a letter from his wife and children telling him how proud they are of him. The letter brought NOIVAS to tears.

Coaches Shelton, Kelly Clarkson, Chance the Rapper and Niall Horan performed with their remaining artists. Besides the unveiling of the season winner Miles, Tuesday's finale also marked Shelton's last official show after 23 seasons as a judge.

Despite coming in fifth, NOIVAS said he is grateful and happy that he made it so far in the competition.
