Voodoo Doughnut is doubling their delicious domain in Austin with a second location on Burnet Road.

The new store at 5408 Burnet Road will open at 8 a.m. on March 3. The existing Austin location sits at 212 E. Sixth St.

“We dig the city of Austin, having operated on (Sixth) Street since 2015, it really feels like a second home to us,” Voodoo Doughnut CEO Chris Schultz said in a statement. “To open on historic Burnet Road and employ 70 more people from the community, it was an opportunity we couldn’t pass up."

The Burnet Road store marks Voodoo's 17th U.S. location, with the very first springing up in 2003 in Portland, Oregon. Voodoo Doughnut also opened a San Antonio location in December, and eight more stores are set to open across the country this year.
