Here's the Augusta-area high school football player of the week for Week 6
The votes are in and the Augusta-area high school football player of the week for Week 6 is Thomson's Anthony "Tre Tre" Jeffery.
The Bulldog tailback earned the top spot with 37 percent of the votes. Aquinas quarterback Jim Franklin finished just behind Jeffery with 30 percent of the vote, while Glenn Hills receiver Deontae Leverett took third place with 13 percent.

Jeffery rushed for 182 yards and three touchdowns in Thomson's 54-14 win over Washington County.
Charlie Dorsey, Burke County
Dorsey rushed 18 times for 135 yards and two touchdowns in Burke County's 35-32 win over Statesboro.
Keshaun Sanders, Laney
Sanders threw for 97 yards and two touchdowns (one rushing) in Laney's 26-16 win over Butler Saturday.
Devontae Leverett, Glenn Hills
Leverett caught the game-winning, 40-yard touchdown pass in Glenn Hills' 12-10 win over Westside.
