Camryn Cole

Jaylen Giles

The senior guard helped East High secure the No. 3 seed in the Class A Tournament with 24 points vs. Brighton and a 19-point effort against School of the Arts, both wins for the Eagles over Class AA schools.

Haley Grabowski

The Greece Athena bowling star led her team to a Section V Class B championship by shooting the tournament's high series with 1,281 pins.

Corintia Griffith

The Webster Schroeder junior set the state and Section V indoor triple jump record at 41 feet-11 1/2 inches during the Section V Class A1 Championships, where she also finished second in the long jump and third in the 300-meter dash.

Rhoan Kaulder

The McQuaid freshman helped the Knights win the Section V Class A1 Indoor Track team championship when he finished in first place in the long jump and 300-meter run, plus second in the 55-meter dash. Kaulder's long jump and 300 are each No. 2 in Section V this season.

Elsye Klump

A junior at one of the smallest schools in Section V, the Keshequa standout not only won the long jump event during the Section V Class A5 championships, but also delivered the area's third-best triple jump of the season, 37 feet, 1/4 inch.

Ay'rianna Moore

A senior at Churchville-Chili, she sprinted to first-place finishes in the 55- and 300-meter dashes at the Section V Class A1 Indoor Track Championships.

Kory Nurse

The Genesee Valley bowler's 1,392 was the highest individual series at the Section V Championships on Tuesday.

Joseph Parkhurst

The Attica swimmer shined during Thursday's Section V Class C Championships. He was named Swimmer of the Meet after winning the 100-yard breaststroke (57.46) and repeating as the 50-yard freestyle (21.43) champion. The latter broke an 11-year-old meet record.

JC Walker

The Lyons senior dropped 43 points in Thursday's regular season finale — an 83-70 win over Geneva. Walker's scoring outburst led the Lions to a 19-1 overall record entering the postseason, and a 16-0 Wayne County mark to win the league title.

Keegan Waldo

The goalie for Spartan Hockey made 36 saves in a Section V tournament opening win over the Portside Royals, then made 41 in a quarterfinal loss to McQuaid to give him 77 stops in two games.
