Tyler Eberhart

The Churchville-Chili forward had a six-point week with 2 goals and 2 assists in win over Canandaigua to help the Saints erase an early 3-0 deficit in a 5-4 win, then had a goal and one assist in Saturday’s big win over Victor to help the Saints wrap up the No. 1 seed for the Class B tournament.

Nate Kasper

Hilton senior earned a slot in the state wrestling championships and remained undefeated this season with a sudden victory in overtime during the SuperSectionals at SUNY Brockport.

Mady Kelly

The Webster Thomas guard scored 83 points in two games — 41 vs. East and 42 vs. Rush-Henrietta — to help the Titans improve to 11-8 heading into their season finale Monday night.

Evan Lacey

Webster Thomas senior ran the fastest 1,000-meter race of the Section V indoor track season by an area runner, 2:38.28, to win a Monroe County league event February 9 at Rochester Institute of Technology.

Jacen Mitchell

A senior at East Rochester, he ran the fastest 55-meter hurdles race of the Section V indoor track season, 7.85 seconds, during a Wayne-Finger Lakes meet at Rochester Institute of Technology.

Ashlyn Rattray

A senior at Clyde-Savannah, she won the 55- and 300-meter races while competing at a Wayne-Finger Lakes indoor track meet at Rochester Institute of Technology. Her 55-meter dash is among the 10 best this season, according to Section V's leaderboard.

Jacob Runyon

The Hilton senior was named Most Outstanding Swimmer of the Section V Class A finals after championing the 100 free (46.29) and 200 free (1:40.47).

Manny Sepulveda

East Rochester senior won the triple jump and the 55-meter dash during a Wayne-Finger Lakes league indoor meet at Rochester Institute of Technology. The University at Buffalo's sprint in 6.61 seconds is a top 10 time on Section V's season leaderboard at www.yentiming.com/leaderboard.

Casper Stewart

Attica/Batavia junior easily moved past all three of his opponents, including a pin in 36 seconds, during the Division I 152-pound final at the SuperSectionals, Section V's qualifiers for the state championships.

Cordell Young

The Eastridge boys basketball star dropped 35 points in a 75-52 Monroe County win over Greece Olympia on Friday night.
