It is time again to vote for the Community Credit Union Florida Athlete of the Week at 321preps.com and floridatoday.com.

The following athletes were nominated for their performances from Sept. 12-17. You will find the ballot at the bottom of the page. Be sure to refresh if the poll isn't visible upon first loading. Voting will be open until noon on Thursday.

Last week's winner was Cocoa Beach football's Logan Silvea.

Silvea received 39,408 of 84,325 votes cast. Bayside football's Caden Fritzson followed, with 20,259 votes.

Coaches and athletic directors are invited to nominate athletes each week. Email the athlete's accomplishments for the previous Monday through Saturday to bmccallum@floridatoday.com by 10 a.m. each Monday.

Here are this week's nominees:

Andrew Bell, Viera golf

Bell shot rounds of 1-under par 35 on Tuesday and Thursday last week, both times in matches at Duran Golf Club.

Blake Boda, Cocoa football

Boda completed 16 of 16 passes for 302 yards on Friday for the Tigers. He threw seven for touchdowns.

Marin Chapon, Viera swimming

Chapon is unbeaten this season. She won the 50 freestyle in 26.58 seconds and the 100 fly (1:02.31) in a meet against Rockledge last week.

Sebastian Gerace, Calvary bowling

Gerace, a sixth-grader, bowled a 241 on Tuesday in a match against Viera at Palm Bay Shore Lanes.

Kate Lyerly, Edgewood volleyball

Lyerly recorded 12 kills, three aces, eight digs and a block in a win over Rockledge and 11 kills, five aces in a win over Cocoa.

Andrew Mahorner, Satellite cross country

Mahorner ran 5,000 meters in 15:40.60 at the Southern Showcase in Huntsville, Ala., over the weekend.

Immanuel Martin, Rockledge bowling

Martin bowled a 277 against Titusville and also posted a 226 versus Cocoa.

Isabelle Sealey, Satellite swimming

Sealey won the 100 butterfly in 1:01.93, the 100 backstroke in 1:05.26 and swam on two winning relays in a meet last week.

Jamarion Stephens, Rockledge football

Stephens scored the game's first three touchdowns on Friday at Bayside, including runs of 69 and 89 yards.

Sarilyne Walley, Merritt Island volleyball

Walley recorded 24 assists and 15 digs in a win over Astronaut last week.
