Here are the nominees for the Deer Park high school football offensive player of the week in the Charlotte-area. The winner will receive a trophy from Deer Park.

This week’s nominees

Gabe Bolivar, Pine Lake Prep: senior running back/linebacker had a monster game in Friday’s 66-21 win over SouthLake Christian: 14 carries, 310 yards, four touchdowns and three 2-point conversion runs. On defense, had had five tackles, two tackles for a loss and two sacks.

Porter Branham, Northwest Cabarrus: junior receiver caught four passes for 108 yards and two touchdowns in Friday’s 30-19 win over AL Brown. QB Alex Walker also had a big game (17-of-27, 236 yards, three TDs)

Tyler Budge, Weddington: completed 14-of-20 passes for 313 yards and three touchdowns in a 35-0 win over Weddington. He completed 11 passes for 175 yards and a score on 13 first-half attempts.

Tanner Bushee, Berry: senior QB was responsible for six total touchdowns in a 53-0 win over game, and he did in the first two quarter. Bushee was 9-of-14 passing for 137 yards and four scores. He ran for 50 yards and two more touchdowns.

Jackson Debe, Providence: sophomore QB was 19-of-28 for 260 yards and four touchdowns in a 47-0 win over South Mecklenburg Friday. He also ran for 47 yards and two touchdowns.

Mason Easley, Central Cabarrus: in a 21-14 win over Piedmont Friday, Easley ran 15 times for 185 yards, including a 75-yard scoring run on the second play of the game.

Steele Fletcher, Charlotte Latin School: In a close loss at Mountain Island Charter Friday, the Hawks’ freshman had a 65-yard punt return for a touchdown, a 95-yard kickoff return for a touchdown and a 43-yard run for a score.

Grayson Harvey, Mountain Island Charter: completed 14-of-25 passes for 270 yards and three touchdowns in a 24-21 win over Charlotte Latin. He connected with teammate Justice Washington five times for 128 yards and two of those scores.

Jayden Jones, Independence: 13 carries for 228 yards and five touchdowns in a 75-49 win over Hickory Ridge. Jones also had an 85-yard kickoff return for a touchdown.

Jeremiah Liszewski, Marvin Ridge: the senior running back had a big game in Friday’s 42-12 win over Hopewell: 32 rushes, 226 yards and three touchdowns. He averaged more than seven yards per carry.

Jarek Patulski, Palisades: senior QB was 12-for-18 for 238 yards and four touchdowns in a 44-0 win over East Mecklenburg.

Keyon Phillips, Concord: in a 28-14 win over Mount Pleasant, Phillips ran 19 times for 109 yards and two touchdowns. He completed 5-of-8 passes for 139 yards and two touchdowns.

Turbo Richard, Rock Hill Northwestern: 11 Carries for 129 yards and two touchdowns in a 56-12 win over Clover.

Gordon Sellars, Providence Day: sophomore wide receiver caught four passes for 114 yards and two scores in a 47-7 win at Asheville.
