Vote: Who is the Herald News High School Athlete of the Week for Nov. 7-13
FALL RIVER — The 2022 high school fall season is nearing the end of the fall season for Greater Fall River sports teams.
Here's your chance to vote for the top players from last week.
This poll, which ends on Nov. 18, involves soccer, field hockey, and girls volleyball.

Atlantis Charter boys soccer player Shawn Kalunga won was the top male winner for last week's Player of the Week poll. Somerset Berkley's field hockey player Emily Bjork was the top vote getter for female athlete of the week.
Each week during the high school season, the Herald News will conduct a Player of the Week poll.
There will be two winners, one for a male athlete and female athlete.
Here are the nominees for the week of Nov. 7-13:
Hunter Brodeur, Westport
Brodeur netted a pair of goal for the Wildcats in their playoff win against Granby. He also scored a goal against Boston International and Gardner.
Noah Amaral, Westport
Amaral recorded his 13th shutout of the season after making a save in a playoff win against Boston International.
Emma McDonnell, Durfee
McDonnell netted the lone goal for the Hilltoppers in their playoff game against Algonquin.
Megan Smith, Case
Smith scored the game winner in sudden death and also collected an assist in a playoff game against St. Mary's.
Jenna Benfeito, Case
Benfeito netted the tying goal for the Cardinals in their playoff win over St. Mary's.
Brooke Orton, Case
Orton picked up an assist on the game winning goal in the Cardinals' playoff win against St. Mary's.
Anna Michaud, Case
Michaud came up big in the second half with big saves for the Cardinals in their playoff win against St. Mary's.
Rylie MacDonald, Case
MacDonald played great defense for the Cardinals in their playoff win against St. Mary's.
Loagan Brown, Case
Brown ignited the Cardinals offense in the first set in their playoff win over Sandwich. She finished with seven kills and 11 digs.
Hannah Storm, Case
Storm had 15 kills and 11 digs for the Cardinals in a playoff win against Sandwich.
Olivia Silva, Case
Silva collected a game-high 33 assists and four kills for the Cardinals in their win over Sandwich. She also had 22 assists and six digs against Ursuline Academy.
Jamie Moniz, Case
Moniz collected six kill shots and two blocks in a playoff win against Ursuline Academy.
Ava Silva, Case
Silva finished with six kill shots and a team-high six blocks for the Cardinals in a playoff win against Ursuline Academy.
