It's time to vote for the Montgomery area boys high school athlete of the week.

You can learn about this week's candidates and submit your votes below. DO NOT SEND VOTES BY EMAIL. Only votes submitted via the poll below will be counted.

Zach Brown, football, Macon-East: Racked up 14 tackles and a sack in a 42-27 win over Abbeville Christian.

Tanner Byrd, football, Prattville Christian: Completed 14 of 17 passes for 247 yards and three touchdowns in a 41-20 win over Sumter Central. Also had a rushing touchdown.

Dashaun Caffee, football, Stanhope Elmore: Intercepted two passes, returning one of them for a touchdown, in a 27-6 win over Park Crossing. Led a defense that allowed just 79 yards, recording six tackles and a pass breakup.

Austin Champion, football, Edgewood Academy: Completed 10 of 14 passes for 159 yards and three touchdowns in a 31-12 win over Lakeside. Ran for 67 yards and a touchdown on five carries and had an interception on defense.

Jeremiah Cobb, football, Montgomery Catholic: Caught six passes for 187 yards and a touchdown in a 45-23 win over previously undefeated Andalusia. Ran for 84 yards on 14 carries.

Parker Cook, football, Montgomery Academy: Completed 9 of 11 passes for 256 yards and three touchdowns in a 40-13 win over Geneva which sent the Eagles to the playoffs. Gained 15 yards on his lone rushing attempt.

Jordan Davis, football, Valiant Cross: Caught seven passes for 50 yards in a 23-9 win over Banks Academy. Added two tackles and two pass breakups.

Jamarcus Golson, football, Autaugaville: Ran for 125 yards in a 22-16 win over Central-Hayneville to help Autaugaville seal its first playoff berth since 2013.

Clayton Hussey, football, Lowndes Academy: Went 13-for-23 through the air for 156 yards and two touchdowns in a 21-20 win over Crenshaw Christian to lock up a region title. Ran for 123 yards and a touchdown on 18 carries, including the game-winning score. Added six tackles and intercepted a pass.

Marquan Jamerson, football, G.W. Carver: Caught six passes for 164 yards and three touchdowns, all in the first half, of a 22-19 win over Pike Road that helped the Wolverines clinch a region championship.

DJ Mack, football, Evangel Christian: Ran for 265 yards and two touchdowns on 21 carries in a 42-30 win over Cornerstone Christian.

Walker McClinton, football, Trinity Presbyterian: Went 9-for-11 for 167 yards and four touchdowns in a 58-0 win over Greensboro.

Bryson McGrew, football, Robert E. Lee: Completed 9 of 11 passes for 160 yards and a pair of touchdowns in a 22-17 win over Smiths Station, the Generals' first of the season. Also ran for 80 yards on 12 carries.

Nate Rogers, football, Wetumpka: Ran for 215 yards and four touchdowns and went 8-of-13 passing for 106 yards and a touchdown in a 34-16 win over Sidney Lanier.

Ja'Kyle Sims, football, Ezekiel Academy: Threw for four touchdowns and 218 yards, completing 13 of 19 passes, in a 49-26 win over Southern Christian. Ran for 50 yards on five carries.

Payton Stephenson, football, Elmore County: Accounted for seven touchdowns in a 63-48 win over Holtville. Completed 16 of 23 passes for 236 yards and two scores; ran for 61 yards and five more touchdowns on seven carries.

Avery Stuart, football, Alabama Christian: Caught five passes for 69 yards and a pair of touchdowns in a 56-38 win over Southside-Selma.
