Nominees are derived from scores and stats emailed in by area coaches during the week. Voting begins at 10 a.m. Monday and closes at 10 a.m. Thursday. Coaches can email scores to sports@news-press.com. The deadline for each night’s results is 10:30 p.m. Voting is restricted to once per device an hour.

Boys Basketball
Jackson McAdams, CSN: Finished with 16 points and 11 points in two wins over Seacrest Country Day and Gateway Charter
Girls Basketball
Reese Tremitiere, Gulf Coast: Eclipsed 1,000 points in a Saturday win over Seacrest Country Day, and scored a season-high 23 points with eight rebounds in the 71-31 win
Boys Soccer
Job Choute, Immokalee: Had a career-high five goals in a 7-1 win over the Community School of Naples
Girls Soccer
Arianna Kinsley, Naples: The senior snapped a 4,016 day drought against Barron Collier, helping the Golden Eagles win 1-0 on the road for the first time since 2011. Kinsley also had a hat trick in a 5-1 win against Gulf Coast
Wrestling
Tyler Washburn, Palmetto Ridge: Scored another win against Riverdale in the Class 3A-Region 4 Duals at Manatee on Thursday
