Cassandra Atkins, Federal Way track and field — Placed second in the 200 at the Shoreline Invitational with a personal-best 25.08, which ranks third in the state this spring. Ran a leg of the Eagles’ winning 4x100 relay (49.13), which continues to lead the state this spring. Also continues to lead the state this spring in the long jump and triple jump.

Danielle Biehl, Gig Harbor softball — Hit 8-for-18 with seven runs scored, a double, home run, eight RBI and a stolen base in wins over River Ridge, Central Kitsap and Sequim and a loss to Central Kitsap.

Bella Carazo, Bonney Lake softball — Tossed a five-inning complete game shutout against Spanaway Lake, allowing two hits while striking out 12, and a six-inning complete game in a 1-0 loss to 4A state power Jackson, allowing one run on one hit while striking out eight and retiring 18 of 19 batters faced. Also hit 3-for-9 with a run scored, home run and three RBI in wins over Spanaway Lake and Silas and the loss to Jackson.

Bradley Carl, Sumner baseball — Went 3-for-8 with a home run and two RBI in loss to Puyallup and win over Bethel.

Alex Conner, Kentridge track and field — Won the 100 (personal-best 10.77) and 200 (personal-best 21.73, which ranks eighth in the state this spring) in league meet against Auburn and Tahoma. Also won the 110 hurdles at the Shelton Invitational at 14.91, and ran a leg of the Chargers’ winning 4x100 relay (season-best 41.85), which ranks third in the state this spring.

Jackson Copeland, Puyallup baseball — Went 5-for-15 with five RBI and three doubles in wins over Sumner, South Kitsap and two wins over Curtis.

Garrick Cosmos, Gig Harbor baseball — Pitched a complete game shutout in 8-0 win over North Thurston on Tuesday, going seven innings, allowing four hits, a walk and striking out three.

Julia Couch, Auburn Riverside track and field — Won the 800 at the Shelton Invitational with a personal-best 2:13.31, which ranks fifth in the state this spring.

Austin Crawford, Federal Way baseball — Pitched seven innings, allowing two hits, a run, two walks with 15 strikeouts in 2-1 win over crosstown rival Decatur on Wednesday. Also went 2-for-3 with a walk in the win.

Kyla Cross, Bonney Lake softball — Hit 5-for-12 with three runs scored, a double, two home runs, six RBI and a stolen base in wins over Spanaway Lake and Silas and a loss to Jackson.

Audrey Deviney, Decatur softball — Hit 5-for-8 with a run scored, home run, four RBI and a stolen base in wins over Auburn and Auburn Riverside. Also tossed a seven-inning complete game in the win over Auburn, allowing two runs and striking out 15.

Brynna Erdmann, Auburn Mountainview softball — Tossed a pair of five-inning complete game shutouts against Kentlake and Thomas Jefferson. Allowed two hits while striking out five against the Falcons and one hit while striking out seven against the Raiders. Also hit 4-for-8 with seven runs scored, two doubles, seven RBI and a stolen base in three shutout wins against Kentlake, Kent-Meridian and Thomas Jefferson.

Glory Estabrook, Peninsula softball — Tossed a five-inning complete game in a win over Capital, allowing two runs while striking out eight. Hit 3-for-7 with two runs scored, a home run and five RBI in wins over Capital and Yelm.

Sina Fuiava, Decatur softball — Hit 2-for-4 with two runs scored, two home runs, six RBI and two stolen bases in wins over Auburn and Auburn Riverside.

Atreonia Garner, Spanaway Lake track and field — Won the 100 at the Shelton Invitational with a season-best 12.57 and the high jump at 5-2. Also ran a leg of both the Sentinels’ winning 4x100 relay (season-best 49.06), which ranks third in the state this spring and 4x200 relay (season-best 1:45.16), which ranks second.

Kaylee Gresko, Orting softball — Tossed a seven-inning complete game shutout against Franklin Pierce, allowing three hits while striking out 14.

Martyn Hernandez, Rogers baseball — Went 6-for-11 with a triple, double and three RBI in wins over Graham-Kapowsin, Curtis and South Kitsap, giving Rogers its fourth win in its past five games.

Roman Hutchinson, Federal Way track and field — Won the long jump at the Shoreline Invitational with a personal-best 24-3, which is the top-ranked distance in the state this spring.

Jacob Janho, Cascade Christian golf — Won the medal and shot a 1-over-par at Chambers Bay at an invite on Monday, won the medal in a match against Vashon Island at Meadow Park on Tuesday and tied for first at 9-under at the WJGA Eastern Open over the weekend at the Veterans Memorial Golf Course in Walla Walla.

Jaylon Jenkins, Federal Way track and field — Won the high jump at the Shoreline Invitational at 6-4, and placed second in the triple jump with a personal-best 46-6, which ranks fourth in the state this spring.

Addison Kelly, Silas track and field — Won the triple jump at the Shelton Invitational with a personal-best 37-6 1/2, which ranks third in the state this spring.

Alli Kimball, Peninsula softball — Tossed a seven-inning complete game shutout against Yelm, allowing three hits while striking out 14. Hit 3-for-5 with three runs scored, a double and home run in wins over Capital and Yelm.

Jordan Lasher, Yelm track and field — Won the pole vault at the Shelton Invitational with a personal-best 15-9, which ranks second in the state this spring.

Michael LeJeune, Puyallup baseball — Pitched six shutout innings in 6-0 win over Curtis, allowing three hits, three walks and striking out five.

Matt Ludlow, Gig Harbor soccer — Opened up the scoring with the first goal in a 4-0 win over Capital on Tuesday to secure the 3A SSC regular season title.

Brooke Lyons, Tahoma track and field — Took third in the 100 elite finals at Nike/Jesuit Twilight Relays with a personal-best 11.59, which is the top-ranked time in the state this spring.

Casey Megargle, Enumclaw baseball — Went 3-for-5 with a triple, double, walk and three RBI in wins over Steilacoom and Fife.

Jackson Noonan, Stadium baseball — Went 2-for-2 with a walk and RBI in 5-3 win over Mount Rainier, helping Stadium win its third straight game.

Keegan Peck, Bethel baseball — Pitched seven innings of shutout baseball against district rival Graham-Kapowsin, allowing two hits, walking four and striking out nine in 8-0 win on Tuesday.

Riley Peschek, Gig Harbor softball — Hit 7-for-15 with six runs scored, three doubles, a triple, two home runs and five RBI in wins over River Ridge, Central Kitsap and Sequim and a loss to Central Kitsap.

Sami Potvin, Olympia softball — Tossed 16 total innings in a loss to Emerald Ridge and wins over Bethel and Sumner — including a seven-inning complete game against the Spartans — allowing four runs while striking out 29. Also hit 4-for-10 with a run scored, double and three RBI in the three games.

Ava Simms, Curtis track and field — Won the 400 at the Shoreline Invitational with a personal-best 56.24, which is the top-ranked time in the state this spring. Also ran a leg of the Vikings’ winning 4x100 relay (season-best 1:43.6), which posted the top time in the state this spring.

Easton Snider, Tenino baseball — Went 4-for-6 with three doubles, four RBI and four runs scored in 1A Evergreen League 8-4 and 7-3 doubleheader wins over Elma.

Liam Stoner, Puyallup soccer — Scored two goals in Puyallup’s 3-3 draw with Sumner on Tuesday.

Gavin Thunstrom, Bonney Lake baseball — Pitched a complete game in 2-1 win over Silas on Wednesday, going seven innings, allowing six hits, one run, two walks and striking out four.

Sean Tutty, Emerald Ridge baseball — Went 5-for-8 with a triple, double and three RBI in loss to Bellarmine and win over Graham-Kapowsin.

Alanna Wirtala, Emerald Ridge softball — Tossed 21 total innings in seven-inning complete game wins over Olympia, Graham-Kapowsin and Puyallup, allowing five earned runs while striking out 22.

Sarah Wright, Kentwood softball — Tossed a seven-inning complete game shutout against Auburn Riverside, allowing two hits while striking out 14. Also hit 2-for-4 with one run scored, a home run, RBI and stolen base in the win.

Raeden Young, Tahoma softball — Hit 3-for-4 with three runs scored, two home runs and five RBI in a win over Kennedy Catholic and 1-for-3 with a double in a win over Kentlake. Also tossed four scoreless innings against Kentlake, allowing one hit while striking out 11.
