It’s time to vote for the Sun Herald athlete of the week.

Athletes from boys and girls basketball and girls soccer from Ocean Springs, Harrison Central, St. Martin and Collegiate Christian Academy are up for the week’s honors.

  • Avery Carter, Ocean Springs boys basketball: Avery had 25 points and 15 rebounds in a regional win over Pascagoula.

  • Nathan Patrick, Christian Collegiate Academy boys basketball: Nathan recorded 23 and 21 points against Mount Olive and Pontchartrain.

  • Demarius Coleman, Harrison Central boys basketball: Demarius had 16 points and three rebounds in a region loss to the Hancock Hawks.

  • Kaleigh Bilbo, St. Martin girls basketball: Kaleigh had a 26-point game in a win over Long Beach.

  • Jessica Lawrence, Ocean Springs girls soccer: Jessica scored three goals in a 7-0 win over Pascagoula to help clinch a region title.
