A historic Wilmington bed and breakfast is in line to be named as the USA TODAY 10Best Readers' Choice's top bed and breakfast in 2023.

C.W. Worth House Bed & Breakfast, a 1893 Queen Anne-style bed-and-breakfast, is the longest operating bed and breakfast in Wilmington.

Located at 412 S. Third St. in the city's Historic District, the inn offers seven rooms with amenities, including private baths, WiFi and a gourmet breakfast. It is also a short walk to downtown Wilmington.

The local bed and breakfast is one of 20 finalists from across the country, which includes bed and breakfasts from Savannah, Georgia, to Saugatuck, Michigan. Readers can vote once per category, once per day and voting is open until Monday, Aug. 7. Vote at https://www.10best.com/awards/travel/best-bed-and-breakfast-2023/c-w-worth-house-bed-breakfast-wilmington-north-carolina/. The top 10 will be announced Friday, Aug. 18 at noon.

Nominees are submitted by a panel of experts. 10Best editors narrowed the field to select the final set of nominees.
