MONTGOMERY - A Walden man was charged Monday with sexually abusing a child.

State police said while their Child Abuse Unit was working in conjunction with Orange County Child Protective Services, they received a complaint that a child under the age of 13 was being sexually abused by Josh Horner, 34, of Walden.
