Wallingford motorcyclist dies in North Haven crash

A motorcyclist died on Saturday night after a collision with an SUV in North Haven, North Haven police announced on Facebook.

“The operator of the motorcycle, a resident of Wallingford, was transported to [Yale New Haven Hospital] with life-threatening injuries and was later pronounced deceased by hospital staff,” the post reads.

The investigation into the crash is being conducted by the South Central Accident Reconstruction team, which is made up of officers from North Haven, North Branford, East Haven, Branford, Guilford and Madison.
