Want to have a Christmas movie marathon? These companies will pay you. Here's how to sign up

Along with baking cookies, wrapping gifts and carefully stringing Christmas lights, watching Christmas movies is a beloved holiday tradition.

Looking to earn more cash this holiday season while not leaving the comfort of your home? These companies are looking for one lucky fan to binge holiday movies all while becoming richer in the process.

The holiday promotions are being offered by CableTV.com and Bloomsy Box. Here are what the gigs entail and how you can sign up.

'The Chief of Cheer'

CableTV.com is challenging one person to watch 25 Christmas movies in 25 days, $100 per movie for a total of $2,500. The application will be open until Dec.1 and you can fill it out here.

All applicants must be United States residents and be at least 18 years or older to apply. After reviewing applications, CableTV.com will reach out to the winner on Dec. 5 and the winner will have a week to respond to the offer.

In addition to the $2,500, the winner will also receive a year’s subscriptions to the following seven different streaming services: Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Amazon Prime, Max, Apple TV+, and Hallmark Movies Now.

Once the winner has accepted the offer, they will have 25 days to watch 25 Christmas movies and rank them in three categories - nostalgia, heartwarming storytelling and holiday cheer. The winner will also be required to rank the streaming services on how easy they are to use, selection of holiday films and quality of the streaming site.

Wondering what movies you'll have to watch? You don't have to stick to the list provided by CableTV.com however a couple of favorites you can view are "How the Grinch Stole Christmas," "The Lion, The Witch, and the Wardrobe," "A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving," "Klaus," and "The Polar Express."

Become a Hallmark Christmas movie reviewer

Whether it's enemies to lovers, a local business in jeopardy or the big shot executive returning home to their small town, Hallmark's holiday movies are full of predictable tropes.

BloomsyBox will be paying one fan $2,000 to watch all the tropes unfold in the 12 following Hallmark Christmas movies.

  • The Most Wonderful Time of the Year

  • Crown for Christmas

  • The Nine Lives of Christmas

  • Christmas Getaway

  • Journey Back to Christmas

  • Ghosts of Christmas Always

  • Family for Christmas

  • Christmas Under Wraps

  • Three Wise Men and a Baby

  • A Royal Christmas

  • Northpole

  • The Christmas Train

After viewing each movie, the winner will be asked to score each of the movies on a scale of one to ten, for each of the following criteria: festivity factor, predictability quotient, chemistry check, tear-jerker test, and replay value. The winner will also be asked to post their thoughts on Instagram and tag BloomsyBox.

The winner will not only receive $2,000 but also an ample supply of Ghirardelli hot cocoa, two pairs of UGG socks, a year long Peacock subscription and a year long flower subscription.
