Want to live in 'Big Bang Theory' star Kaley Cuoco's house? You can – for $6.9M

Leonard and Penny's apartment may no longer exist after Thursday's "Big Bang Theory" series finale, but fans with deep pockets – and we're talking $6.9 million deep – could have the next best thing: star Kaley Cuco's actual house. The actress is selling her villa in Tarzana, California, located about 30 minutes northwest of Los Angeles.

So how much house does nearly $7 million buy you?

According to the listing by agent Stephanie Vitacco, nearly 8,000 square feet, three-quarters of an acre and six bedrooms, including a master suite with a fireplace and three walk-in closets. And there are nine bathrooms, which guarantee you will never have to wait for the Sheldon in your life to finish his or her morning business. You won't even need a bathroom schedule. Imagine that!

Other selling points: A chef's kitchen, screening room, pool and a picturesque winding staircase.

Cuoco isn't the only famous name to grace the deed of the Mediterranean-style villa, built in 2003. Architectural Digest toured the property in 2017 when it belonged to Khloé and Kourtney Kardashian, who decorated it with the help of designer Jeff Andrews.

The "Big Bang" star, who penned the foreword to Andrews' book, "The New Glamour: Interiors With Star Quality," wrote that when she toured the property, she "fell in love with the house but also everything that came with it. The interior decoration, the furniture, the art – I wanted it all!"

Cuoco, who shared the home with her horseman husband, show jumper Karl Cook, added equestrian touches like Hermès wallpaper.

Cuoco, 33, has not indicated where she and Cook plan to live once she sells the house.
