Parents, staff and community interested in meeting Stockton Unified’s new superintendent will get their chance on Wednesday.

Stockon Unified will hold a meet and greet with soon-to-be Superintendent Michelle Rodriguez. The event will take place at 6 p.m. Wednesday, June 21 at the Arthur Coleman Jr. Administrative Complex.

A flyer from Stockton’s largest school district states Rodriguez will share her “leadership story” and detail her plan for the first 100 days at the helm. She plans to hold “listening sessions” with students, staff, families, elected officials, community partners and school board trustees, the flyer states.

Rodriguez comes to Stockton from Pajaro Valley Unified School District, where she served as superintendent for seven years in Santa Cruz County.
