Looking for a fun outing with cooler temperatures, mountain views and thrill rides this  summer? Canyon Coaster Adventure Park is now open in Williams, Arizona.

The park, 33 miles west of Flagstaff, is home to Arizona’s only mountain coaster. It traverses the hillside and goes in and out of the woods, giving a scenic view of Williams. The ride covers a mile and has a 310-foot drop in elevation.

The mountain coaster consists of individual carts that are connected to the track. Riders control their speed. Don’t worry about hitting another cart; a built-in distance control system keeps riders from getting too close to other carts.
